Primary Purpose and Function:
Provide uniformed security services at our commercial facility, while providing exceptional customer service.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Remain alert and vigilant at all times
Professional appearance and demeanor
Respond quickly and correctly to security incidents
Observe and report
Calling for assistance
Checking and monitoring client's facilities
Maintain electronic logs per company policy
Enforce parking control procedures
Knowledge and skills:
Ability to demonstrate strong customer service tendencies
Ability to demonstrate strong authority and leadership skills
Ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
Proven oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail is a must
Reliable transportation
High School Diploma or GED
California Guard Card issued by BSIS
Capacity to learn and retain multiple evolving forms of advanced technology-based applications.
Physical Demands:
Prolonged sitting and/or standing and walking
Ability to climb stairs
Ability to work outdoors in extreme cold and/or heat
Ability to work all shifts and weekends/holidays
The 500 dollar signing bonus is contingent upon the completion of Triton's 90-day probationary period with no unexcused call-offs, excessive tardiness, or disciplinary write-ups.
