We have been busy developing a 100Ahr Lithium battery packs that are designed to drop into a Club Car Precedent golf car. These battery packs include 16 CALB 100Ahr cells, a Delta-Q 48 volt battery charger and a Orion Jr. BMS. A little modification, a few wires connected and a way you go. This particular kit is specific for use with our golf car drive systems, BUT we are working on lithium battery packs that will be free-standing that can be placed into a golf car with the existing drive system. We are also working on a 180Ahr lithium battery pack for golf cars and we are working on lithium battery packs that will work in the EZGO RXV model of golf cars as well.

The guys down at EV West had a hand in guiding Mike and Edd to convert the Maserati Bi Turbo from the existing electric motor that was already installed in the vehicle to one of our AC-34x2 dual motors. The end result turned out really cool!

Yesterday we showed a dual motor on a 3 speed trans. Here it is being fitted into a 1951 Chevy pickup.

Hi folks! We have developed a system for our Golf Car motor line that we are really excited about. We have added a EM Brake onto our AC-9 motors for which is being used as a parking brake.

When the driver comes to a complete stop, the automatic parking brake activates which holds the car in place. When the driver needs to continue on all that needs to be done is to press the accelerator pedal. When the driver stops and wants to leave the golf car, just leave the car; there is no need to set the mechanical parking brake. This system does not replace the mechanical parking brake but sure enhances the whole driving experience to be a bit more user friendly.

This system is for stock golf cars.

Good day everybody. We have been working very hard on a new generic software package that allows for system information to be displayed in a couple of ways. One way is by using the Curtis Instruments enGage® VII display. This color display has a 5.7" color screen that allows for a wide angle viewing range. It is fully integrated to the Curtis controller system via the CAN Bus. This system allows the user to monitor the battery system via either an Curtis Acuity Battery Monitoring System or via an Orion BMS. The enGage® VII display also has an input for a backup camera. In addition, we have also included the ability to monitor all of the functions of the system via the OBDII protocol. With this capability, one can design and display the controller information the way that you want.
