Happy National Boss’s Day to our President, Nobutoshi Tajima! 🏆
Immigrating from Japan in 1989, Tajima went on to graduate from the University of Colorado Denver with a degree in Civil Engineering. Shortly thereafter, he moved to California and began his career in the construction industry as a Sales Manager. Fifteen years later, Tajima felt challenged to enter a new field – the paper industry. For four years, Tajima excelled in building relationships with dealers and cultivating new business opportunities. When the company decided to withdraw from the U.S., Tajima embraced the opportunity and assisted in establishing a new facility in Ohio.
In 2021, Tajima joined Bishamon Industries, where his extensive experience in diverse industries prepared him to lead the company. “I have made it my mission to prioritize the well-being of our workforce,” stated Tajima, “confident that this is the pathway to our collective success.” Tajima’s adaptability, resilience, and unwavering commitment to his workforce are what make him a great boss.
