The Ontario Treatment Center will be closed on Saturday, June 22nd, and Monday, June 24th due to a water line leak on the first floor of the building. We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your understanding as this is being repaired.

Brendan Depa, a Black Autistic child, was arrested, detained and held in solitary confinement following a behavioral health incident between himself and a school professional.

Depa has filed a lawsuit against the Flagler County school district claiming that the school failed to adequately address his well-documented behavioral issues and mental health needs.

“This is against the district accepting someone who they didn’t have the resources for, and they didn’t provide the resources,” states his mother, Leann Depa.
