If you’re wondering what’s happening at Summer House on Romar with the two different colors… we are in the middle of a giant exterior restoration.

Our iconic yellow is being transformed into a refreshed creamy white. There is lots of work being done, but we still have tons of guests enjoying our complex.

Photo shows what we will look like by next summer. The beach side will be updated with new sliders, railings, ceilings & flooring. We owners are investing 24 million $ to bring our beloved Summer House back to its original glory 🙌🏻

Building A will shut down the end of August until June 1, 2025 as that’s when our transformation happens.

We’re investing heavily in the future of Summer House because we think it’s pretty special.
