My mother had the best care here. The love for the elderly from these care givers is outstanding. They put a lot of love into the homemade meals, the special music time with each resident, individual time with a caregiver on the back patio, etc.

It is a warm loving home and the caregivers care about each individual resident. You can see it, in the interaction they have with each resident. They have great communication with the family! What we also liked is, you don’t have to schedule time to see your loved one. You can just ‘pop’ in at any time, within reason and respect of course.

We felt our mom was more than well taken care of, she was loved here. I would HIGHLY recommend Sunshine Retirement Home in Villa Park.

We looked at and visited several home care residents. But when we walked into this home, you could feel the love around you. The owner (May) and the atmosphere of the home, gave us reassurance that our mom would be cared for with love and compassion. That’s exactly how it was!!
