Get ready for an amazing time at our Welcome Back BBQ next Friday, August 30! 🎉 We’re cooking up some delicious free food and drinks, jamming out to great music, and having awesome games (such as badminton and volleyball) and prizes! It’s the perfect chance to meet new friends and connect with fellow international students!

📍The BBQ will take place in Santiago Hills Park located at a walking distance from campus! There is also parking available at the park.

⏰ The fun begins at 2pm, but feel free to arrive as early as 1:30pm. We’re excited to see you there!

Orientation for incoming International Students will be on Thursday, August 8th!

Please arrive at 9am for check-in! There will be a light breakfast provided while we wait for presentations to get started!

After presentations we’ll provide a free lunch, and once we’re done eating, you’ll get a campus tour to get familiar with where your classes will be!

Join us and share laughter and tears as the night falls.

*A week before the event, we will provide a list of movies in different genres for everyone to choose from. The movie with the most votes will be screened.*

Holi Hai Hawks!

On Wednesday, March 20th, we will be holding our 3rd annual Holi Festival at Strenger Plaza!

The day will be full of celebration, with a henna artist giving FREE tattoos from 11:30 to 1:30, and our color powder throw at 12:30!

Participants of the color powder throw will receive a free tie-dye t-shirt BUT T-SHIRTS ARE LIMITED! Be sure to come early to the color throw to snag a shirt!

We’re also going to have delicious food from Mango Lassi, to Samosas, Veg Pakora, and Jalebi!

We hope you’ll come by to celebrate Holi Festival with us!

Welcome back for the 2024 Spring Semester, Hawks!
Next week is the first week of classes, and we want to celebrate with a pizza party for our International Students! Wednesday, February 14th, Valentine’s Day, we’ll be in the AB Quad with pizza, candy grams, and props for some cute themed photos.

No RSVP is required, and food is free! Stop by to celebrate Valentine’s and ring in the new semester.

We’re so excited to see all of our new students tomorrow. We’ll be going over everything you need to know as a student of SCC for counseling, healthcare, academics, and student life!

It was wonderful seeing you guys join the Thanksgiving Dinner! 🎊🎉🥘

Thank you everyone for stopping by last Friday for SCC’s Trunk or Treat event! 🤗 We were so happy to see so many students come by to volunteer or check out our booth.

There was such an amazing turn-out of families attending, and we had a lot of fun passing out candy 🍭 🍫🍬, listening to seasonal music 🎃👻, and decorating!

We’re hosting a monthly Pizza Social in the International Student Office. Free pizza - need we say more? Other perks! A space for international students to relax and hang with friends (new and old). All students are welcome.
