Requirements:
California Teaching Credential preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in teaching or Spanish preferred
3+ years’ experience teaching in a classroom, preferably in a Christian School, preferred
ACSI Certified is a plus but not required
Salary: $18-22 / hour, 12-15 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant for the morning shift. The AM Office Assistant will: Assist with front counter needs, receive office visitors and telephone calls, and provide minor first aid for students. Update daily attendance records in Gradelink and will maintain attendance slips. Assist with the procurement of curriculum, school supplies, and facility needs and maintain the cleanliness of the office and break room. Create, organize, and maintain staff personnel files and ensure all office documents are up-to-date and neatly displayed. Coordinate the Hot Lunch program and Pizza Friday Fundraiser. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and will assist in coordinating general facility maintenance issues. Complete any other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
