I’m not about that vibe, I’m about that life change! That true blue, in your face, that’s what’s up, feel good, elevate your life kind of change! Not to diminish where we are coming from but to elevate where we are going by truly seeking the best for a better tomorrow. Setting intentions today for what we want while enjoying what we have. Having good, getting good and giving good! That’s what’s up, I want that!
This is what I strive for, making that elevated choice, big or small, that I know is moving me forward and bringing y’all with me. I want to feel good and I want you to feel good too! Let’s move our bodies to change our minds and elevate our spirits above the chaos that tries to consume us and bring us down! I want that for you and I want that for me. Let’s make the change and be the change for ourselves that can impact the world around us and feed that feedback loop to a brighter day and better tomorrow.
“It is okay to MODIFY”
- ❤️
For some it’s simply a way of life, but could this perspective be the truest statement of the season we are all wrapped up in?! Maybe it’s okay to do things a little differently. Maybe a modification doesn’t mean less, but living with greater intentionality making the best of what YOU have!
There has always been a part of me that has been trying and striving to keep up with expectations, giving my best at the measure of others.
But what if I took those expectations and chose to measure them with my best and my ability and my desire to live to my potential?! It just might give me the freedom to measure better with my best and not the best of someone else, increasing my compassion for others who are doing the same.

**Comparison kills confidence but with encouragement we can build each other up!
Fight chaos with curiosity and growth👊🏽
Start with yourself, then live in a way that inspires others to see the blessings that drive us forward over the curses that seem to hold us back.

I am NOT an influencer. The fullness of life looks different for everyone, and for that reason I’m not going to tell you what your missing out on or how your life could be any better.
My aim is to be an ENCOURAGER. I want to encourage you to live your best life. Not the best life that last a moment and regrets the next, but the best life that last for tomorrow and the next day, and for your future self and for the best of those around you. I want to encourage you to make choices for your body, mind, and soul to thrive.
I want to encourage you to encourage others because that’s what we’re here for, to be loved and to love as abundantly as we possibly can. Not to be influenced by the life we’re not living, not to be influenced by the coulds and shoulds that are ever present, But to be encouraged to make the best of each day for a better tomorrow and we can not do this alone ❤️
What if we only had the acquired taste for the good stuff? The feeds your soul, fuels your body, lifts your spirit and energize your life kind of stuff! In some ways, I think it lies in what’s “easy”.
For the longest time I allowed myself to believe that tomatoes give you cancer. Somehow, I knew this wasn’t true but I didn’t want to know the truth because I didn’t enjoy the taste.
Fact: Tomatoes actually have the antioxidant power to reduce the risk of cancer!
It was easier to allow myself to believe the things I didn’t like were just bad for me. When in fact, sometimes the hard stuff to swallow is the exact stuff we need!
We need to struggle before we get stronger, we need to fail before we succeed, we need to fall before we can can rise. Sometimes it’s hard to learn the truth because the truth just might challenge us to do the hard things before we see the fruit on the other side.
- Life lesson from a tomato
