•Harsh exfoliation will actually damage your skin barrier, causing irritation. This could lead to more breakouts & sensitivity. Instead, GENTLY exfoliate 2-3 times a week!

•While having a good routine that fits your skin best is great, your skin is a sponge & can only soak up so much. Make sure to consult with your esthetician & find a routine tailored just for you!

•EVERYONE 👏🏼 NEEDS 👏🏼 MOISTURIZER 👏🏼! In most cases, even though your skin is oily it is most likely dry as well. It's best to find a non-comedogenic moisturizer to help balance your skin's barrier.

•Fun fact! You cannot shrink or get rid of your pores! However, you can minimize them using the right products & keeping them clean & free of dirt & grime! Your pores also can't "open" or "close". I suggest using cold water to wash your face to reduce inflammation!

•Stripping your skin whether it's with toner, lack of moisturizer, or the sun, WILL DAMAGE your skin's barrier! Your skin will be better off clean, hydrated, protected (SPF) & happy!
