Introducing: Reggaeton heels… for BEGINNERS 😍👠 Sophia brings the heat every week with her spicy choreography and judgement free class. But sometimes the only ones judging us is ourselves. Release those inhibitions and step into her new beginner friendly reggaeton heels class where you can turn up the heat to a comfortable level me picante. Keep ya water close and see you on the dance floor. 🔥

Shanika is returning with a bi weekly heels foundation class that will definitely whip you into shape. Whether you want to learn to walk in a heel, develop more technique, or feel confident in your lil chillettos, Shanika will get you together and QUICKLY!

On Thursday! A Sensual Jazz pop up led by . This class will be rooted in jazz foundation with a focus on sensual movement. Class will consist of a deep warm up followed by open level choreography to r&b/ soul music. Heels or sneakers welcome!

Entertainer, Entrepreneur and New York City native, Tia Rivera continues to make the world a better place through her creative work and love for people. She began dancing professionally at 17 and since then, has performed globally with some of the world’s biggest superstars. Her performance credits include working alongside Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, Beyonce, Usher, Kanye West, Ne-yo and many more.

With the knowledge and experience she gained as a performer, Tia began working as a choreographer to the stars. Some of her notable choreography credits include creating for Beyonce, Doja Cat, Halsey, Major Lazer & Wiz Kid to name a few.

Her most recent work includes being a choreographer for Beyonce’s Renaissance World tour and The 2022 Super Bowl Halftime show featuring Kendrick Lamar, Dr Dre, Mary J Blidge, Eminem, Snoop Dog and 50 Cent. She is also an associate choreographer on the upcoming movie musical “The Color Purple” which is set to air December 2023. From TV to film to Live performances, you can find Tia’s work making the world smile.

Alongside Tia’s flourishing Entertainment career, she is passionate about providing inspiration and education to aspiring entertainers and entrepreneurs. Through her coaching business, workshops and speaking engagements, She is helping shape the lives of many in pursuit of their own dreams. From goal setting to leadership, Tia teaches vital information and effective tools to succeed in an ever evolving world.
