BREAKING NEWS🚨 The VA comments on the ban of buyers directly paying for buyer real agent representation stating they are temporarily lifting the ban until the VA feels necessary to put a formal rule in place. The Department of Veterans Affairs loan option was the only program to prohibit buyers compensating professional real estate agent representation. Although not an official announcement, the comments from VA Deputy Director of Policy Michelle Corridon were met with relief from the real estate industry, If the seller offers no compensation to the buyer's agent, it left Veterans with few options.
