Word of the day is HUMBLE

The world defines humility as a lowering of oneself in relation to others, a state or the act of being humble, a freedom of pride and arrogance, and having a modest opinion or estimate of one’s own worth.

People will have you believe that you’re not humble you’re not groveling in front of others, or being a doormat, or is a sign of weakness. Moses was said to be the meekest man on earth (Numb 12:3) but meekness is not weakness but it’s actually strength that is under control. Philippians 2:3-11
Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.

Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.

Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men.

And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.

Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

With that said, we are not higher that Christ and even when He was in human form He knew the weight that He carried, yet not once did He exalted Himself.

It is not up to us to praise ourselves leave the praising to others. God is truly the judge of us all and He will exalt you in due time 🙏🏾.

Stay Humble and remember it’s not a weakness to be meek.

The word of the day is LUKEWARM

If you had a chance to watch our live reading Tuesday night, you know how being lukewarm will leave the door open for the demons to play in your life.
Have you ever convinced yourself that you don't have to give up something that clearly conflicts with your faith? Periods of compromise don't automatically make you a lukewarm Christian, but a continued pattern of behaviour which reveals a lack of commitment to God does.

When it comes to God, we shouldn't be afraid or put off by the need to give our all. If you think you're a lukewarm Christian or know someone that is, then these Bible verses will help you see why there can be no in between when it comes to loving Him.

Revelation 3:15-16 - I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth.

1 John 2:15-16 - Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them. For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world.

Titus 1:16 - They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny him. They are detestable, disobedient and unfit for doing anything good.

Matthew 7:21-23 - "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?' Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!'

Luke 6:46 - "Why do you call me, 'Lord, Lord,' and do not do what I say?

Be conscious about leaving your door open for the kingdom of darkness to have access to you and your family. Choose a side and stay on it.

You can’t be Jackie on both sides lol 😂. God is a jealous God and He don’t play like that.

Word of the day is KINDNESS

We should work on being kind or kinder each day. Kindness is a fruit of the spirit. The Holy Spirit removes abrasive qualities from the character of one under His control.

Kindness is goodness in action. The word describes the ability to act for the welfare of those testing your patience. The Holy Spirit removes abrasive qualities from the character of one under His control.

Kindness is doing something and not expecting anything in return. Kindness is respect and helping others without waiting for someone to help one back. It implies kindness no matter what.

We should live "in purity, understanding, patience and kindness; in the Holy Spirit and in sincere love; in truthful speech and in the power of God; with weapons of righteousness in the right hand and in the left”

Ephesians 4:32
“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”

Luke 6:35
“But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return, and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, for he is kind to the ungrateful and the evil.”

When you measure your kindness to what others did to you that was unfavorable, you take the kind out of kindness. If we are striving to be more like Jesus we have to possess the same attributes or aspire to.

So as you go about your days make a conscious decision to portray kindness. Do a self assessment each day and see how you’ve grown compared to the day before.

Be truthful in asking yourself the tough questions “am I being kind?”
“do I treat everyone I come in contact with, with respect?”
“ am I understand?”
If you do this you I guarantee you will see a difference in your life.

Be INTENTIONAL about your walk to be more like Jesus.

Work on developing the fruits of the spirit.

Word of the day is ABUNDANT We all want to live an abundant life. Some people equate abundance to merely material things but in the scriptures abundance is much more.

The question is how can we come into the abundance that God promised us.
In the Bible abundance is something frequently offer by God to those who trust Him.
So by this we know that without trust we won’t come into such abundance. If we can’t trust God we can’t activate the faith that it will take to move those mountains.

Matthew 6:33
“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”

In Matthew Jesus instruct us to seek the kingdom of God FIRST and all things will be added to us.

So basically we can’t put our needs first we first have to be about His business.
Do you go to work and get paid before you start working? No you don’t.
John 10:10
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.”

Ephesians 3:20
Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us.

2 Corinthians 9:8
And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.
Deuteronomy 28:12
The Lord will open to you his good treasury, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hands. And you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.
The scriptures goes on and on. God already gave us abundance it’s up to us to tap into it. Like I’ve been saying the Bible is our manual. The way to walk into all that God has for us is to follow His instructions.
Don’t spend all your time going after money so you can meet your needs and wants. Ensure you are meeting Gods purpose for your life by seeking His kingdom first.
God is the maker of the puzzle, He knows what the picture looks like. So why would you think He doesn’t know which piece goes where.
We should start asking God to order our steps. His way not ours 🙏🏾

Word of the day is PURPOSE

Our purpose in life is the very meaning of our existence and without knowing this we often suffer ignorant of our own significance. We fall prey to the illusion that our lives don't matter and we have no connection or impact on the world around us.

This is one of my favorite Bible verse to remind myself that I’m not stumbling around in the world as I was created for such a time as this.

Jeremiah 29:11
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

When you read this very verse, you should be empowered to rebuke and denounce all the things in your life that doesn’t allow you to be prosperous or things/ people that tries to hurt you.

According to Gods word, His plans for us,is for us to be prosperous and never to bring harm to us. He wants us to have a good future.

God is not a man that He should lie, remind Him of His word.

The enemy will always try to steal our joy and peace, by disrupting our lives to make it seem as if God is a liar and abundance wasn’t created for us.

Don’t be fooled.

No matter what your situation looks like remember God’s word is true and if you continue to believe in Him regardless of what you see, you will enjoy the fullness of His blessings.

Romans 8:28
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

Proverbs 19:21
“Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the LORD’s purpose that prevails.”

“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”

Habakkuk 2:3
“For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end—it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.”

We are not here for ourselves. We were created for Gods purpose. We most often have tons of plans for ourselves and our children but some of us didn’t even bother to ask God what He want us to be doing. Ask Him, the Bible is our manual start there.

Word of the is FEAR.

I know for some it’s hard to not be fearful. But there is a solution to help us resist fear as we know it is not of God. “resist the devil and he will flee”.

2 Timothy 1:7
7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

Fear is a tactic the enemy use to bring us to a vulnerable state so he can manipulate us.

You don’t have to allow him to use fear to cripple your life and future.

God gave us plenty of words that should relieve us of fear knowing He is an All knowing God and isn’t a man that He should lie.

Here are some Bible verses you can remember so when that spirit of fear approaches you, you’ll be arm and ready.

Psalm 23:4
“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”

Psalms 46:1-3
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling.”

Isaiah 41:13
"For I, the LORD your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, “Fear not, I am the one who helps you.”

Genesis 50:21
" 'So do not fear; I will provide for you and your little ones.' Thus he comforted them and spoke kindly to them."

There are plenty others that speak against the spirit of fear in the Bible.

Remember, we are in a Spiritual Warfare each day. You can’t go to war without the proper weapon.

Our weapon is the word of God. Every situation you come up against I guarantee you there is a word in the Bible for it.

Arm yourself daily for war. We aren’t of the world so we don’t fight like the world.

The word of the day is WEAKNESS.

Just remind yourself today that being weak is a way to activate God’s SUPERPOWER 👏🏾👏🏾.

He love when we are weak because He gets to show Himself mighty in our life.

Isaiah 40:29 He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength.

2 Corinthians 12:9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

Don’t throw yourself a pity party if your feeling weak and defeated. Jump for joy and sing praises for the King will be coming in full strength to your rescue.

Don’t forget to say “God I need you” tap Him in and He’ll take over.

Word of the day is TRUST.

Trust goes hand in hand with faith. If we don’t trust God we can’t fully have faith in Him and His word. There are so many personal reasons to trust God. If you can honestly look at your entire life so far and all the things that God has done for you, you will find that it’s not God that you can’t trust, it’s self. We most times try to do things in our strength and though we can lift some things by the goodness of God there are things we have no business lifting. This is when we have to trust that God got it. Here are some scriptures that speaks on trusting God.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.
Proverbs 3:5

The LORD is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him.
Nahum 1:7

For the king trusts in the LORD; through the unfailing love of the Most High he will not be shaken.
Psalm 21:7

In God I trust and am not afraid. What can man do to me?
Psalm 56:11

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Joshua 1:9

Blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD, who does not look to the proud, to those who turn aside to false gods.
Psalm 40:3

When you spend time with God reading His word you will come to realize that God is trustworthy. He doesn’t make promises He can’t keep. He’s not a man that He should lie.

When you start putting your trust in God you will activate your blessing with faith as to trust Him is to have faith that He will do what He says He will do.

God has always been faithful so there is no reason we can’t put our trust in Him.

Word of the day is FAITH.

Hebrews 11:1
11 Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.

Faith is a feeling of expectation and desire for a thing to happen. Knowing God promised it according to His word which is truth.

To hope is to desire something you don’t already seen/have. If you are hoping for something that is in Gods will for your life and you believe His word as it’s stated in the Bible you can trust God to deliver that desire.

To put your trust in God is to know the trust which is His word.

Numbers 23:19
19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

Knowing God is not a man so He should lie is proof that you have no reason to cast doubt in what you are hoping for because He said it is already so.

To believe otherwise is to trust your own thoughts over Gods word.

We have the authority to speak things into existence as God created us in His own image. Though we don’t have all the capabilities as Him according to His word He gave us the authority to speak things into existence.

Don’t take that power lightly. We can speak it but we can’t doubt it as it comes out.
Now because of our worldly life it makes it easy for us to cast doubt.

The more you stay in Gods word and meditate on the truth the easier it will be to speak with authority in truth.
Remember God said to remind Him of His word. You can’t remind Him if you don’t know what His word is.

Read the Bible and meditate so the world can’t continue to deceive you.

Romans 10:17
17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Word of the day is PERSISTENCE.

As a believer in Christ Jesus we aught to be persistent. Why? You may ask.

Well firstly the enemy(Satan) is very persistent with his attacks on us. He won’t stop until he breaks our spirit which causes us to lose faith and eventually stop trusting God.

The moment we lose faith we already lost the battle.

Psalms‬ ‭18:37‬ ‭TPT‬‬
“I caught up with my enemies and conquered them and didn’t turn back until the war was won!”

The enemy is in pursuit of our soul and if we aren’t persistent in fighting back no matter what he hurls at us we won’t win.

As the verse above suggest we continue moving until we are successful.
“We laugh in the face of adversity”

Persistency produces faith and faith activates Gods help.

God wants us to trust Him.
Don’t get weary, stay the course don’t give up.

Your reward is at the end of the trial, to concede is to forfeit what is rightfully yours.

The word of the day is AUTHORITY.
God gave man dominion(control) over the earth and everything on it.
Genesis 1:26-28- 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
God gave us AUTHORITY over the power of the enemy(kingdom of darkness)

Luke 10:19 NIV
I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you

The enemy knows this so he stays mad
Hosea 4:6
“my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge.”

So many believers read the scriptures and still don’t understand that they have the authority over the enemy.
Satan can’t take that authority from us so what he does is manipulate with deception to have us hand over our birthright to him.

Stop giving your birthrights to Satan.

🛑 STOP IT
I can just see God shaking His head lol when we down here running around like chickens without head because the enemy stepped on our toes.
We should be chasing the enemy out not him chasing us. You gotta know your position and stay in your position.

When Jesus went on that cross and died for us. We won the battle.
Romans 8:17 NIV
Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

The enemy lost the battle that day. It’s not a marathon the race been over and there was only one winner. The trophy sits in heaven in the kingdom of light.
Don’t let the devil continue to fool you.
Be watchful and be mindful.
1 Peter 5:8-Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.

The word of the day is PRIDE. What does the God says about pride:

Proverbs‬ ‭11:2‬ ‭TPT‬‬
“When you act with presumption, convinced that you’re right, don’t be surprised if you fall flat on your face! But humility leads to wisdom.”

‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭16:18-19‬ ‭TPT
“Your boast becomes a prophecy of a future failure. The higher you lift yourself up in pride, the harder you’ll fall in disgrace. It’s better to be meek and lowly and live among the poor than to live high and mighty among the rich and famous.”

Our God is a God of Principles. If it is written it will be fulfilled as it was written.

The Bible isn’t just a storybook for us to read when we are bored or if and when we get time. It’s our instruction manual of how we aught to live to ensure we are staying in the will of God.

If we break the rules there will be consequences. The great news is, God didn’t just put the rule and not tell us the consequences if we break said rule.

Be mindful of your actions. Give an account for your own actions to ensure each day you stay in line according to His will which is all in His word(The Bible).

The world has disguised “pride” in the word “self-confidence” the work of end devil of course. He’s a deceiver lol and very cunning. Look at the root word “self” it’s clearly the same as pride but it’s spelled a different way and the Bible didn’t say self- confidence was a problem it said pride 🤣😂🤣😂🤣you see how cunning the devil is.

Be mindful always he’s good better than us and without thought he can easily trip us up. Stay focus as prayed up always.

Word of the day is Long-suffering.

If your desire is to follow Christ Jesus then you MUST understand what it means to endure.

When you make the decision to accept and follow Christ Jesus you also decided to withstand the enemy and endure long-suffering.

In John 15:20-21

Jesus spoke about it and you would be foolish to believe that once you turn to Christ the world will favor you.

The enemy will stop at nothing to break us and to hinder us from coming into the fullness of the Lord.

Again it is imperative we stay the course regardless of how much we will be facing.

The battle is already won don’t be fooled. The enemy can’t take your victory from you but he’ll deceive you enough for you to give it up to him freely.

Long-suffering is a fruit of the Holy Spirit that we need to get us through to the end.

Satan thought he won, because Jesus was on the cross since he managed to convince the rulers of the land to kill him 😂🤣😂🤣what he didn’t know was that he was apart of Gods plan.

Jesus needed to die to fulfill His purpose yet satan foolishly thought he was killing Gods plan.

Let this be an example of how your pain will breed your purpose.

John 15:20-21
“So remember what I taught you, that a servant isn’t superior to his master. And since they persecuted me, they will also persecute you. And if they obey my teachings, they will also obey yours. They will treat you this way because you are mine, and they don’t know the One who sent me.”

Galatian 6:9
“ Let’s not get tired of doing good, because in time we’ll have a harvest if we don’t give up."

It’s imperative that we stand our ground in this war. We cannot quit, we cannot let up,we must be patient while we fight; because victory will come.

We cannot leave our post because victory isn’t on our time. Victory is on Gods time and you will need patience to withstand the enemy.

He’s banking on us getting impatient like Sarah did so we can go against Gods will and purpose for us.

“Patience is of virtue” we must cultivate it so we can be victorious.

Before you make that next decision in your life ask yourself “am I making this decision because I’m impatient to wait for God”

Philippians 4:6-7

6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Based on the above verses you will know when God says move.

The word of the day is warfare.

I choose this word because I want everyone to understand what warfare means and why we need to approach it as such.

Spiritual Warfare is real though we can’t see it with our physical eyes doesn’t make it less real.

The army of God and the army of the devil is at war. The enemy has waged war against the believers of Jesus Christ.

He’s big mad because we had the opportunity of redemption and he will never be redeemed. He will not stop until he gets us to all fall like he did.

I’m building an Army of Spiritual warriors in this group. To fight the good fight we cannot stay in the shadows we must engage and work together to defeat the kingdom of darkness.

United we stand, divided we fall. We MUST stand together and we WILL NOT leave our children behind.

The Talibans recruit the children and prepare for war we can’t take anything for granted.
It’s a kingdom fight and the children are very much apart of Gods kingdom.

If you want to be a solider in the Kingdom of God you have to be prepared to fight.

It’s imperative that we live our life being intentional about the steps we take.

The world is being loud and and it is very distracting.

Living intentionally means to purposefully pursue the life God has called you to live.

Intentionality requires deliberate action.

God is intentional and he has called us to be the same.

God didn't create the world by accident or chance.

Let’s make a conscious decision to be intentional about at least one thing today, that will help build a stronger relationship with our Heavenly Father.

Good morning Fam! Can you imagine how much Jesus loved us? He loved us so much He was willing to lay down His life for us. Giving our life for others today doesn’t necessarily means physical death but we must die to self to possess the kind of SELFLESSNESS that Jesus showed us. Let us be our brothers and sisters keeper. Be intentional about it as you go through your day.

Good afternoon Fam! Be intentional about being selfless today.

Hey Sister/Friends thoughts for today. Satan can't curse us so he use us to curse ourselves. Lol how he does this you may ask? Well he put thoughts in our minds and convince us to say it from our mouths 😩😩😩once those thoughts leave your mind and exit your mouth you've done the job for him by cursing yourself. This is what God warned us about how conniving the devil is.

Perfect example of this Bible verse

Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

Therefore as we go through our days lets assess all our thoughts before it become our words be intentional on suffering the devil so he cannot fool us as we are in the knowing of his ways. When you assess your thoughts ask yourself why am I thinking this? Is this a thought from God? Remember God doesn't do things to hurt us so any malicious thoughts of yourself will never come from God. Don't forget also that we can use our thoughts to curse others with our mouth too including our family and friends without thought so be mindful of that as well. We never know the harm we are doing unknowingly to others. Let's be mindful about our thoughts and intentional about our speech.

I pray our blessings will overtake us and we will receive all that God has for us. Wisdom, knowledge and understanding and all our hearts desires will be met according to His will. I pray for us life in abundance no pandemic will define us only God will. Love you all and have a blessed Sunday 😘
