Smoked chicken salad on top of a Mac and cheese waffle drizzled bbq sauce. Absolute yum ! Flavor explosion.

This ! We feed the less fortunate every other Sunday. This Sunday, we will be feeding them Kearny Asada, and chicken tacos. With homemade pinto beans, yellow rice, green beans, salad, juice, cheese sticks, and cookies! It’s amazing to give to people who could never repay you!

Lasagna ! We feed the less fortunate in Orlando every other week. This week is lasagna, green beans, salad, cheese sticks, water, pink lemonade , seeet tea and cookies from Tina or Volunteer who we call the cookie lady! At the last minute I decided to do a vegetarian lasagna because you would be surprised about how healthy some of our less fortunate friends are. The last time I made the lasagna was for an event, a catering event, and I tasted a vegetarian and I liked it better than all of it lol. I did use ground turkey for a healthier alternative. I also used The preparation like milk Street does, where you cook your meat very little and then you add The sauce. Seeing how it was turkey and turkey tends to be dry it turned out very moist. So this Hot Mess burrito was so big, I had to forewarn the customer to exercise his jaw before eating it! Sorry I did not take a picture! I was too large Tortillas into trying to wrap it! Come and try it and you’ll see?

Lasagna special tomorrow! $15 for a pound and a half I lasagna! Very few noodles! My own special sauce with imported tomatoes from Italy! 407-960-0281 to pre-order, we ran out last time!
