Let’s talk about what to do and what not to do while buying a house.

✅ Do you need granite or do you want it? Do you need 5 bedrooms or is 4 plus a bonus room a good option also? Do you need a fence already on the property or just the option to build one?
👉🏽 The answer to these questions is different for every buyer. Know what you need vs. what you want!

❌ A MAJOR source of buyer delay, is looking outside of your budget. The truth is, most of us want more than what meets our financial needs and goals. If you qualify for $900k, you probably want a house worth $1.5M. If you qualify for $350k, you likely want a house worth $500k. It’s human nature, but looking outside of your approved price range leads to unnecessary disappointment and frustration.
👉🏽 Get pre-approved and ONLY look within your budget! You’ll likely find a gem.
