Finally! We got some much needed relief this past week after higher than expected jobless claims and lower job creation numbers. Rates are a lot lower this week when compared to previous weeks. Take advantage and lock your deals! 😊

The Fed has decided not to raise rates today so the bond market has improved; thus, we have improvement in our rates compared to last week. Let's hope this positive trend continues! 🙏

Mortgage rates climbed to all time highs last Thursday and seem to be leveling off this week; however, we have GDP (gross domestic product) and PCE (personal consumption expenditure) data on Thursday so this will impact the market. Lets hope we get good numbers for next week’s Fed meeting 😊
