Our freshly-made batch brew coffee. For drip we've been using 's Deep Sea blend. Full bodied, chocolatey, and with a touch of sweetness, it's delicious by itself and pairs well with milk and sugar.

Fable's Housemade Cold Brew 🧊

We steep our cold brew for atleast 14 hours to ensure a smooth and strong take on this cafe favorite. One of our favorite ways to have it is with a layer of sweetened vanilla cold foam (sweet cream cold brew). Try it your way with any of our syrups (vanilla, caramel, mocha, and more) or with milk or our milk alternatives.

We couldn't have a Red Potion without a blue Potion. While Red Potion is fruity, Blue Potion is floral with a hint of vanilla while still being caffeine-free, bubbly, and refreshing.

Cottage Apple Crumble Latte 🥧

Espresso, milk, caramel, apple syrup, butter cookie crumble, cinnamon sugar garnish.

Like biting into a fresh apple pie! This beverage is a sweet and fruit-forward, making it perfect for sipping and enjoying any day of the week.

Final Bloom Matcha Tea

Matcha, milk, pistachio & rose syrup, rose cold foam, pistachio garnish

Representing the transition from summer into fall, this beverage is nutty, earthy, and delightfully floral. Our favorite way to try this drink is iced, but have it hot for a cozy and warm beverage.

We're trialing something new for the last two Fridays of October! Extended hours on Friday to 9 PM so you can have a full evening of enjoying coffee and board gaming with friends! We hope to see you there 👻

Fable's Pumpkin Spice Latte 🎃

Espresso, condensed milk, housemade pumpkin spice sauce (made with real pumpkin puree), hazelnut, pumpkin spice garnish.

This is an elevated take on a fall classic. The sweetened condensed milk gives a rich and sweet base that's balanced with flavors of pumpkin and warmings spices. Available iced or hot.

October brings new events for Fable. Stay tuned ✨

That's right, we're putting out our very first trivia night and it's nerdy-themed! We have questions from Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and Scott Pilgrim just to name a few. We'll be extending our regular hours to 9PM for this special event and our full menu of coffees (and we'll have decaf!), teas, croissants, and desserts will be available.

Just show up and find a table to enter - we'll go over all the rules and provide all materials necessary. We hope to see you there!
