✨ What’s your position, and how long have you been working for Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando?

"I am the Executive Administrative Assistant here at Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando, and my direct report is to Misha Paul, the General Manager.
I also get the privilege to assist the Assistant General Manager, Miguel Bouret, and all of the Department leaders as well."

✨ What is your favorite part of your role?

"Currently, my favorite part of working here is getting to help with employee engagement. I love coming up with creative ideas to help keep the team inspired, motivated, and happy so that they can project that positivity to our guests so that they have the most hospitable experience while staying with us. My boss is an extremely busy lady so I also love that I can help her stay on track throughout her day and help make her job a little easier where I can."

✨What are some of your personal hobbies?

"I absolutely love to cook and bake. On my off days, I enjoy creating and trying new recipes. I also love to shop!."

✨What does excellent service mean to you?

"To me, it is about 100% guest satisfaction and making positive memories for the guests. These guests have many lodging options, and they chose us so to me, it is our responsibility and obligation to provide the best customer service possible and treat them as if they were guests in our own homes and to always go above and beyond to meet their needs."

✨ What is your favorite local attraction or thing to do in Orlando?

"I am a true theme park girl, and we are lucky to have so many options close to us here in Orlando. Also, I am a foodie so getting to try so many new restaurants has been such a great experience. We have only lived here about 3 years, so every weekend is an adventure!"
