Yesterday, as we watched the exquisite funeral procession, we honored Queen Elizabeth II by preparing & partaking in some traditional delights.
Chef Kim was in her glory making English Sticky Toffee Pudding, Tea Sandwiches, Currant Scones, Cheddar & Pecan Scones, Pumpkin Cranberry Scones and Chocolate Biscuit Cake which was Her Royal Majesty the Queen’s favorite afternoon tea cake.

It's now easier to call Pearson's Catering.

We had the honor of serving the President of UCF and his guests last evening at their lovely home. Chef Kim designed a beautiful, colorful & of course delicious meal! The theme was Florida Summer. It did not disappoint!
