Please join me in welcoming Yeny Fuertes to Vista Lakes Elementary. She will be joining our All Star 3rd Grade Team for the 2024-2025 school year.

My name is Yeny Fuertes and I am thrilled to join the All Star team at Vista Lakes Elementary! I have a master's degree in education, and this will be my 12th year teaching in grades K-5. As an educator, I am committed to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment where all students feel safe and valued.

Personally, I have two grown children and a granddaughter named Olivia. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing at the beach, making memories with loved ones, and traveling to new places. Most recently, I spent over two weeks in Europe. London was my absolute favorite!

In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling to visit family, and playing volleyball. I am eagerly anticipating an incredible school year! Although Jacqueline March is not new to Vista Lakes Elementary, she is taking on a new role this year as our ASD PreK Teacher. We are incredibly fortunate to have her on our All Star team!

From Jacqueline March:
I want to start by emphasizing that age should never hinder one from pursuing further education. Over the past 5 years, I have served in various roles at VLE including ESE Paraprofessional, PE Para, and Severe Education Paraprofessional, all of which have brought me immense joy. My work is truly my happy place, which is why I made the decision to return to school and complete my bachelor’s degree. Hi my name is Jacqueline March and I am excited to announce that this year I begin a new chapter as a Pre-K teacher at VLE, a milestone that fills me with pride!

On a personal note, I am a mother of two wonderful children who have both attended our exceptional school. I am deeply involved in our VLE PTA, contributing to our yearbook, assisting with the run club, and participating in school events. In my spare time, I foster cats, cherish being at home with my family, and indulge in the occasional nap!

Greetings, everyone, My name is Francheska Perez, but you can call me Ms. Frankie. I'm a mother of four energetic girls, and I find joy in reading, crafting, painting, and drawing.
I have dedicated the past seven years to Orange County Public Schools. My experience encompasses three years at high school and four years at an elementary school, where I fulfilled various roles. These diverse experiences highlight my adaptability and capability.
In my new role as an ESE paraprofessional, I am committed to continuously enhancing my knowledge while positively influencing the community. Once I graduate from UCF in 2026, I aspire to become one of your ESE teachers. I am genuinely excited about the prospect of learning and growing alongside you this year and I am eager to start this journey together.
