Attention parents! OCPS has arranged several upcoming events where students can get their required back to school immunizations for free!

Mark your calendar - the 2024 Florida Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday is in two weeks. Certain clothing items, footwear, and accessories that cost $100 or less per item; key school supplies that cost $50 or less per item; learning aids; jigsaw puzzles; and personal computers and accessories purchased are all exempt from sales tax. The tax holiday starts Monday, July 29, 2024.

You could say we saved the best for last! Teacher Appreciation Week came to a close today with a homemade meal of lasagna, bread, cookies, tea, and lemonade. While the calendar may move on, we are proud to support our teachers and school administration every day of the year!

Teacher Appreciation Week continues with craveable chicken fingers from Raising Cane's Store #927. Together, the PTSA and the SWMS SGA classes provided a delicious meal of chicken and chips for all the teachers and administrative staff members.
