In this video, Joseph D. Funk, D.P.M., board certified foot surgeon at the Orlando Orthopaedic Center, answers one of the most common questions about bunions and the surgery to correct them.
Our company culture is rooted in the individuals who make up our practice.
Each of us has a responsibility to ourselves and others to act on the values that are the foundation of that community.
When we do, we create an environment where everyone can thrive.
In this clip, Sophia P. Davis, D.O., emphasizes the importance of taking personal initiative to shape our community culture:
James' journey to a pain-free life is nothing short of inspiring. From chronic pain that escalated to an emergency room visit to the relief and hope regained post-surgery, it's a story of resilience and expert care.
"The first thing I remember after waking up from surgery with Dr. Rivera was the absence of pain. It was a remarkable feeling," James recalls Dr. Rivera's approach.

Values in Action #7: Practice blameless problem solving.
Solving the issue is more valuable than understanding the cause.
Looking for someone to blame takes time and energy away from the problem at hand.
By focusing on how we can improve a situation, we act to the best of our ability in moments when others are counting on us.
In this clip, Lawrence S. Halperin, M.D., shares what blameless problem solving means for him:
Bruce R. Hoffen, M.D., is dedicated to listening to his patients and their families. He believes in taking a traditional approach, giving patients the time and space to share their story.
