Lawn Care Worker Job Summary:
🙏We at Up To Parr 360 Property Management LLC are looking for experienced and motivated Lawn Care Workers to join our landscaping team. We provide comprehensive landscaping services to businesses and residences, including lawn and tree maintenance. As a Lawn Care Worker on our team, you operate mowers, leaf blowers, w**d eaters, and other common tools to create and maintain carefully manicured outdoor spaces. We are especially interested in candidates with prior experience in landscape maintenance, ground maintenance, aerating, irrigation, and fertilization techniques.
*Please Note that previous experience is not required as we will train and review policies and procedures.

***Lawn Care Worker Duties and Responsibilities:
-Use mowers, w**d eaters, and common hand tools to trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain nearby plants and foliage
-Work outdoors in all weather conditions, (exception to rain/thunderstorms) maintaining energy and pace along with the team
-Operate leaf blowers and gather grass and hedge trimmings for removal
-Drive a truck to various client locations and ensure proper storage of equipment during usage and transportation
-Return all equipment cleaned and ready for next use to Up To Parr Storage Garage at the end of each shift.

***Lawn Care Worker Requirements and Qualifications:
A valid driver's license and clean driving record
Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
Familiarity with common landscaping equipment
Prior experience or work in lawn maintenance (preferred)
Reliable and self-motivated

Maintenance - Handyman
Immediate hire

20-40 hours weekly

Property management company

General Duties:
• Plumbing: faucet/toilet installation, garbage disposal installation, etc.
• Electrical: change outlets, switches, installation of fixtures, etc.

General routine upkeep such as:
o General carpentry & repairs
o Refuse removal
o Landscape maintenance
o Sidewalk; snow removal (weather permitting)

Required skills -&- experience:
• Ability to follow instructions
• Understanding proper use & application of supplies and equipment
• Time management
• HVAC or Boiler repair a plus+

- Experience:
• Related experience
• A valid PA Driver’s license
• Reliable transportation. Ability to move among locations throughout the day is a must.
