Congratulations to Mary & Guillermo on their new home!
Sometimes if it’s meant to be it will be. These buyers had their eyes on a few different communities but nothing felt perfect. They saw this home/community and after a couple weeks decided if it was still available, it was meant to be and this was the one. Fast forward to now, a couple weeks after closing, and they are more than happy with their decision! They love the private back patio, with wooded area and love the location to schools and work.
