Targeting childhood business entrepreneurs in small rural communities, The Business and Leadership Institute for Early Learning offers interactive online curriculum by which participants can analyze their businesses with assistance from peer mentors and business consultants in a cost-effective delivery format.

Up next in the GuideWell South FL event is Pridelines. Pridelines has several initiatives in place to provide HIV testing, education, and support to marginalized individuals in Miami-Dade County.

Founded and run by black business professionals to lift up their communities and push racial equality, Kidz Count helps kids in marginalized and disadvantaged communities learn how to create generational wealth and manage their finances responsibly in order to break the cycle of poverty.

Up next in the GuideWell is Do Well Do Good Corp. This 💡 includes a collaborative resource group of food system stakeholders that provide knowledge and tools for neighborhood's food system through economic development and food sovereignty.

Broward College is of South FL by providing job opportunities for residents with workforce training & education in industry-recognized certis in high demand post-COVID-19, to create opportunity for immediate employment into entry-level jobs.

First up in the GuideWell South FL pitch competition, is Student ACES with their Passport Program, a student education initiative to provide financial literacy, credit skills, & much more to break the cycle of generational poverty and enter high paying careers after high school.

Next up in the GuideWell challenge is Florida Museum of Photographic Arts with their Happy Talks Initiative, is a series of virtual workshops that use art as a tool for meditation and expression as it relates to the emotions and wellbeing of residents in the Hillsborough community.

Earn To Learn Florida is looking to change that norm with their Near Peer Program, an innovative approach to financial assistance coaching for students to successfully complete college.

Kicking off the pitches today in the GuideWell West FL event is with their proposed Financial Education Center solution to strengthen local residents' financial stability while providing safe and secure housing in DeSoto County.

Services include mental/financial counseling, direct social service assistance, & much more.

Up next, South City Foundation with their Purpose Built Community Program that supports 28 network communities nationwide & focuses on long term community resiliency thru education, community wellness programs, and affordable mixed-income housing opportunities for residents.

Next up in GuideWell's North FL pitchevent is The $1,000 Start-Ups Consortium with their program that provides knowledge, mentorship, and capital for bootstrapping local small businesses and drives entrepreneurship in Nassau County.

By using evidence-based programs ran by leaders with lived experience, NAMI Tallahassee offers education, support, advocacy, and outreach to communities in North FL.

Up next, Mission of the Dirt Road, a community center where local agencies can meet with clients for counseling, tutoring, and/or mentoring in a safe space.

In addition to a meeting space, the center serves support groups that meet at various times throughout the week. These groups include AA, grief, anxiety and depression, and cancer support.

Up next in the GuideWell challenge is LIFE. LIFE is leadership development utility for community and academic activists that works to empower grassroot orgs and bridge the gap btwn those empowered and those who are marginalized.

Goodwill Gulf Coast is guiding NorthFL residents to a stronger more self-sufficient financial future. Through their Financial Wellness program, GCC's offers , workforce skills training, & job placement services for families living in poverty.
