SAKE BREWER WELCOME PARTY ✨ On September 16th, we will be welcoming two very special sake brewers from Japan: Miho Imada, president and brewmaster of Fukucho, and Yaichi Doi, president of Takatenjin.

During this fun and laid-back event, enjoy a variety of sake and small plates while hanging out with these incredible sake brewers and learning about their craft.

“Seven” junmai daiginjo (720ml) is a highly polished sake with a seimaibuai of 25%, elegant and pristine with notes of white nectarine. It comes beautifully boxed.

“Kira Kira” jozen sparkling (360ml), also from Shirataki Brewery is fun and easy with subtle fruit notes.
