This picture popped up in my memories…9 years ago I did my first real 5k color run. What this picture doesn’t show is that I was in the middle of a terrible Lyme flair up and was actually advised to skip out on the color run. However, I was determined and I had been preparing for this run as we were running for ladies in our community who we’re battling cancer. I decided to do it but agreed to walk the whole thing. It took me a little over 2 hours to complete the 5k… flash forward 9 years and I just completed another 5k in Utah this month where I didn’t have “proper” shoes and I still walked the whole thing but I finished in just under 45minutes. I am thankful for the dōTERRA products that have given my body the foundations it needed. Do I still have some rough days yes but I am able to do so much more then I was just 9 years ago!
