This was one of my favorite Episodes of the Ethos Effect!

We had on Brian Desind, Owner of Privada Cigar Club. I've been a customer and a fan of Privada Cigar Club since 2017. Brian is a true disrupter in an old established industry. What I found interesting was his approach from the beginning, he didn't set up his business in a way to be most profitable he simply focused on the Macro perspective of the industry. "How do we make ci**rs cool again?" and "until there's a line at the cigar shops like a Supreme drop, we're not cool"

He states excellence is sometimes less successful at the start and focuses everything on being exponentially better than his competition.

All his focus was around creating an exciting culture and passion for ci**rs.

Today over a dozen people decided on their own to Tattoo his brand on their bodies, he has a warehouse with over 3 Million ci**rs and built his hobby up to $15 Million in Revenue!
