"It was all locked up and I came in here early, and I'm thankful for those guys taking care of me in order to go out and play today."
Direct quote from Aaron Rodgers giving credit to the team's athletic trainer and CHIROPRACTOR. An elite athlete who gets paid millions of dollars a year and can choose from probably any treatment he wants, trusted chiropractic care to get his body to where it needed to be to perform at a high level before Sunday's game. The only question is if you're not choosing chiropractic care, why? It may not be a NFL football game but we all deserve to perform and be at our best for whatever we are doing in life.

Hi everyone! Excited to announce the birth of our son Henry David, he arrived @ 1:32am on April 13th. The person with the closest guess and the winner of the $100 gift to the local business of their choice is Kyle V. Most of the guesses were before the April 12th due date and only a handful after. The iliopsoas muscles are ones that many people may have never heard of and have no idea what they do. These muscles are hip flexors that attach to your lumbar spine and wrap around the front of your pelvis and attach to your upper femur and pelvis to bring your leg up to the position you see in the picture below. It is a common muscle to be tight in people that sit long hours throughout the day. It can cause pain in the lower back as well as sciatic nerve pain in the buttocks and legs. Try these stretches at home if you sit a lot throughout the day or if you are having pain in the lower back or into the legs.
