Today, I am highlighting the importance of transparency in my small business. As a seasoned entrepreneur, I have seen both favorable and unfavorable aspects of the industry. However, my passion for building genuine relationships and providing tailored solutions has only grown stronger. I dedicate myself to continually improving and finding new ways to bring relief to my clients. The journey may be challenging, but I am excited for what the future holds.

Adding to my training!

This is a 500+ hr training which will allow many many more dynamics to your massage. Last year I took a course that left me wanting to explore this more. Now that I am officially enrolled we will be able to offer the new service in my studio very soon. Looking forward to sharing more in the coming months! Until then, I’ll be over here doing my second love studying so we can integrate more into your massage that benefits your needs!

What are you optimistic about?

I am loving the sunny days! I have also chosen to begin walking daily as well as incorporating yoga into my self care routine.

Little small changes are my motivation! I believe starting somewhere is how we achieve our end goals.

Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disorder that affects various parts of the body. Massage therapy has been shown to reduce the pain associated with Lupus.
