Matt Intro is a quick witted, quirky mixologist that has managed a range of bar operations from large scale hotels to upscale restaurants and high-volume bars. Throughout the years he’s mastered his craft in creating modernized classic cocktails and mentoring the next generation of award-winning mixologist around the country. Now permanently settling in Ottawa, IL he opened Saffron Bazaar in January of this year to celebrate his passion for food, drinks, live music and unpretentious hospitality.
