Washington Park in Ottawa is full of vendors this holiday weekend from noon on black Friday all the way through Sunday afternoon. Many of the vendors are from the Chicagoland area they’re selling everything from hand rolled ci**rs to copper jewelry.
Reta Lavette, a vendor from Tinkey Park, says the atmosphere is very pleasant she especially likes the horses and carriages going by for the festival of lights parade later today.

This is a vibe in. 👏It.👏 Self.
