Our Associate Program is a comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in technical skills, guest handling, and business building : concentrated education in cuts, color, as well as customer service, consultation, and retail. While most associate programs have you training for over a year, our meticulously designed program has the average associate on their own in 6-8 months ( based on skillset)

Honored to be a part of Keune's Loyalty Club, we were treated with an all expense paid trip to beautiful Amsterdam, where the Keune family started it all, over 100 yrs ago. It was an amazing trip filled with memories that we will cherish forever.

Bambou Salon at College/Antioch is looking a permanent, part time evening/ weekend receptionist to provide exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be required to greet and welcome clients, secure bookings, manage appointment schedules, process transactions, and assist with other various duties.
***This is an extremely busy salon so the ability to multitask and attention to detail is mandatory.
To ensure success as a salon receptionist, you should possess excellent organizational and communication skills. A top-notch salon receptionist should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and support in person, as well as over the phone. You should be able to "smile through the phone!" 😄
Hours:
Tues- 4-7
Wed / Thurs 5-8
Sat: 9-5

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner.
-Tending to guests needs, inquiries, etc.
-Managing phone calls, emails, etc.
-Processing bookings and cancellations, and managing appointment schedules.
-Ensuring that the salon area is kept clean and professional.
-Processing transactions and issuing receipts.
**** Flexibility would be needed to cover shifts in case of emergency, vacations, etc. (am/pm shift)
****Previous receptionist work history is a plus, but not mandatory.
****Training period would require daytime hours to start

What exactly is the service we offer called Sugaring?

A traditional ancient Egyptian method of hair removal, sugaring involves using a 100% natural paste to remove hair from its root. Sugar wax is an all-natural alternative to regular wax that doesn't require strips or dipping. Instead, Antionette rolls the sugaring paste — made from lemon, sugar, and water — onto the skin and uses a flicking motion to remove the hair follicles from the root.
