The 142,500 square-foot Kansas Commerce Center in Lenexa is the collaboration between Karbank Real Estate Company, Fill-Rite, Perspective Architecture + Design and Davidson Architecture+Engineering and Jonkman Construction LLC Construction. A highlight of the design is the use of innovative graphic transfers onto the surface of precast concrete panels. Additional façade treatment by selective sandblasting yields subtle variations in the tone and texture of the concrete. The tenant finish balances Fill-Rite needs with the unique design. This project, in partnership with Flint Development, consists of two state-of-the-art tilt-up warehouses totaling 1,245,000 SF. Strategically located near I-95, it is equipped with top-notch features like shipping office buildouts, heavy trailer parking, ESFR sprinklers, and LED lighting.
