5. Blue Valley schools, any floorplan, 3+ bedrooms, 3+ bathrooms and 2+ garage spaces. Basement doesn't have to be finished but would be nice.
6. Raymore, any floorplan but must have fenced yard - preferably privacy.
7. In Johnson County, any floorplan, 3+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms and 2+ garage spaces. House doesn't need to be updated but no major repairs.
8. We have investors looking for home in KS or MO needing updated/repairs.
9. In LS, anything in New Longview.
10. In LS, maintenance provided, 3+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, 2+ garage spaces. Basement finish is a must with a bedroom down or on opposite side of master.
11. Anywhere in Lakewood community, prefer two bedrooms on main.
