I can definitely make this low carb & dairy free !!

Keto Cherry Cheesecake Crumb Bars 🍒 Hard to believe they have only 3g net carbs per serving! Full recipe in caption 👇

Ingredients:

Crust:
2 cups almond flour
½ cup Swerve Granular
2 tbsp coconut flour
¼ tsp salt
6 tbsp butter, melted
½ tsp vanilla extract

Filling

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup Swerve Confectioners
1 large egg, room temperature
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cherry extract
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream, room temperature
1 cup pitted, chopped cherries

Instructions:

Crust:

Preheat the oven to 350F and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan well.

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sweetener, coconut flour, and salt. Stir in the melted butter and vanilla until the dough begins to clump together.

Press a little over half of the dough into the prepared baking pan and bake 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool 10 minutes.

Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sweetener and beat until well combined. Beat in the egg and vanilla, then thin out with the heavy cream, beating until smooth.

Pour the filling over the cooled crust and top with cherries. Take the remaining crust mixture and crumble over the top of the filling, pressing lightly to adhere.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until the top crust is golden and the filling is just a little jiggly in the center. Remove from the oven and let cool, then refrigerate for 1 hour until set.

Serves 16.

💊Tips when purchasing a supplement-
I have patience sending me pictures or bringing supplements asking me if this is a good choice for them.
I recommend supplements based on clinical signs, symptoms and bloodwork.
When selecting a supplement, you want to make sure that it has no artificial colorings, preservative or additives. Make sure it ia all natural and only uses clean binders. That excludes the top 8/10 allergens like gluten, soy, dairy, egg, shellfish, peanuts….
just because it’s economical does not mean it’s better for you. Sometimes it can actually cause more harm than good. Quality matters. If your body is deficient in a vitamin or mineral, isn’t it worth the a good quality supplement? Isn’t your body worth it?

I love these egg wraps , 5 grams protein , nothing artificial, become slain, the cinnamon one is the boss! I love to put tuna salad in there, scrambled eggs, leftover chicken wrap hamburger in it make your favorite wrap.. they are a great price point, I found them at several of my local stores .

Are you getting enough rest?
Rest, good deep sleep 💤 is the secret to out overall health.
According to the American Heart Association adults should be getting 7 to 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep .
Teenagers & high school aged children/people should be getting 10 to 12 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night. I know our junior high and high school are not getting enough sleep which leads to weaken immune system, lack of focus, hormone, cravings, mood, and mindset and balances. … the same is true for adults.

I can ask all the time what do you do for your chocolate cravings?
If you’re craving chocolate, it can mean several things. Often it can mean you have a Zinc deficiency. there’s a simple test we do in our office that is called a zinc tally test. Takes less than 30 seconds to perform to determine if you need zinc.
Or, if you just happen to be craving something sweet like chocolate several times a week usually after you eat something, even something healthy like a fillet of salmon or a beautiful steak or big garden green salad. You know you should be satisfied, but you just want something, sweet that generally means that you have some type of gut imbalance or invasion of a parasite like candida Albans that is sugar. Then start being a tech a detective looking at your mouth your toenails recalling if you have bloating, looking for other signs of yeast or parasites..

If you have neither. You do not need zinc and you do not have any parasites or gut imbalance. Then this is an amazing healthy option for dessert. A mug cake is high in fat and you never want to do a high fat high carbohydrate lifestyle. But for those low carb Lovers Mug cakes are great options when you want something or need a dessert to celebrate something…

Simple & Delicious Chocolate Chip Almond Butter or Sunbutter Bombs Ingredients

• 1/2 cup coconut butter, melted

• 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

• 1/4 cup almond butter or sunbutter

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 10 drops stevia (adjust to taste)

• 1/4 cup chocolate baking chips (GF, DF & soy free)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix melted coconut butter, melted coconut oil, almond butter, vanilla extract, and stevia together in a mixing bowl until well combined.

2. Gently fold in chocolate baking chips until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

3. Using a mini melon ball scoop or a spoon, form small portions of the mixture into balls and roll them between your palms.

4. Optional: Melt additional chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl for a chocolate coating.

5. Dip each almond butter ball into the melted chocolate to coat evenly, if desired.

6. Place the coated balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

7. Chill the Chocolate Chip Almond Butter Bombs in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until firm.

8. Once chilled, transfer the almond butter bombs to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.

9. Enjoy your delicious keto-friendly treats whenever you need a sweet pick-me-up!

Sugar comes in many forms. All carbohydrates break down into glucose. Glucose needs insulin to transport it into its destination to be used for energy. Remember glucose only gives you energy for 30 minutes. That’s why you’re hungry 30 minutes after you eat a carbohydrate whether it is a potato 🥔 or pasta 🍝 or an organic strawberry, or a piece of candy.
