The Maloney’s had driven by this house for years and it was their dream house… They talked about this house as a family and living in it “someday”. When it went on the market in 2018, they knew they had to make it Maloney Manor. We worked together on getting their current house prepped for market, on the market and sold within two days and they were able to get their dream home under contract!
