It is now officially Summer! Gazpacho is back. This is so popular that we will sell 12-16 gallons on a busy day. We make this with local garden tomatoes, fresh vegetables and an aged Sherry vinegar that is imported from Spain. Our version is GF and has no bread in it. I love it on sandwiches and as a salsa (add peppers).

We have fed our decorators with extra caffeine so we will have plenty of Patriotic Sugar Cookies. Traffic has been slow lately, so on a first come basis for walk in.
