I have been reading more about the current coronavirus outbreak. Based on the best information I can find from medical experts, it has become clear to me that I should cancel Friday morning yoga classes at the Serenity Center for the time being.

The following article, written by a team of medical doctors, was persuasive. The quick summary: we need to slow down how fast this thing spreads. Otherwise hospitals will be overwhelmed. Please read this article to understand how we can all do our part to help our country in this difficult time.

I'm sad to do this, but I think it's the right thing. This is not just to protect ourselves, but also everyone else in our community.
