3) All energy is created and applied from Center of torso outward
4) Head level and eyes down tracking the flight path

I continue to hope for everyone's safety as we continue to rebound from the hurricane.

I do have great news for this coming week.
We have power returned to the facility and will be back to our regular scheduled and lessons starting tomorrow!!!!

A few slots are open and I will continue to update the schedule as needed. If you don't see a time that fits for you please reach out to me and I'll find a time or get you on a waiting list.

Unfortunately the power is still out at the facility, we will keep a close eye on when our return Day is.
Please continue to be safe and aid in any help needed within the community.

Barrel turn backwards 😍
All of the Elite level hitters have this exact same quality about their swing.
We should never "throw our hands at the ball".
Whatever the "Feeling " is that you "FEEL" to create a rearward barrel turn, get there.
Turn the k**b up/barrel back and let the drive of the lower half be the power 🔋

All great swings have the barrel working behind and slightly up through the path!

Also understanding the difference between "Real" vs "Feel"

The "Elite Swing Pattern " is real folks.
Swing one legged is the truth, whipping or snapping the barrel from behind creates the best path and best repeatable swing , working up slighly on the path through the pitch is a must!
