EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM: Assistance remains available through the Seminole County Emergency Rental Assistance Program for eligible households having difficulty covering rent and/or utility payments.

In order to be eligible for assistance, households must meet the following criteria:

- Reside in Seminole County
- Responsible for RENT on the residence (i.e. must be a renter)
- An adult in the household must have lost employment, experienced a reduction in hours worked, or lost income from self-employment due to COVID-19
- Must demonstrate risk of homelessness or housing instability (one month or more behind on payments)
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or permanent legal residence
- Have an annual household income below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI)
