This unique class combines the history of the kings with the messages of the prophets. Since the Bible isn't organized chronologically it can be hard to understand the historical context of the prophets but this class will bring them to life. Join us this Tue for our last 1 night class.

Last week the staff had an all day offsite meeting to plan for the future at the beautiful San Pedro Retreat Center.

There are so many images that pop up when you google, "The book of Revelation". Those images can lead to questions, confusion, and even fear. However, this book was meant to inspire hope and encouragement to the original readers and to us today.

One more hint from the lecture - "The great irony of this book is that the things you can tangibly grasp are v***r and those that you cannot are solid. And that which is solid is all that matters."

Interpreting Revelation: Understanding the Main Message — Emmaus Ministries When trying to Interpret Revelation its important to first understand the main and central message of the book. While the book has many complicated images and symbols the original readers would have focused on Jesus the victorious lamb.

Many people feel confused or overwhelmed by the book of Revelation. However, Rev 1:3 says, "Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy." We created this class to give an Introduction to this book in a way that hopefully encourages people to lean in instead of avoid this book.
