Born and raised in the Czech Republic, Marie Ehlers began her musical education at the age of eight with piano and theory lessons, then voice lessons and choir ensembles at the age of ten. Throughout elementary and middle school, she participated in various recitals and festivals. Her music studies continued in college, where she obtained Bachelor degree in Music from Union University.
