Founded in 1969, Carpets Unlimited and Crandall's Home Furnishings has grown in many ways over the last four decades. We’ve grown in sales to be the largest volume flooring dealer in the tri-state, grown to employ over 35 full time employees and over 75 installation technicians, grown in size with the addition of Crandall’s Home Furnishings to over 100,000 sq/ft of furniture and flooring and grown in stature by being named Owensboro Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year in 2004. Most recently our company was chosen as the Greater Owensboro Reader’s Choice for best floor covering store by readers of the Messenger-Inquirer. What does this growth mean to our clients? In cooperation with Western Kentucky University’s Interior Design department, they even help to train future interior designers by providing internships!
