This client did receive deep tissue. Deep tissue is a more intense modality and can be painful and cause redness at times. This should not cause any alarm. After receiving a Deep Tissue massage you may feel some soreness that should last no longer than two days. Be sure to drink PLENTY of water after receiving any massage. However Deep Tissue is very necessary. It leave you feeling loose with more range of motion, also opening up your air ways allowing you breathe better.
