We are currently looking for an energetic, quick learning chiropractic assistant to join our team. No experience necessary. All training and schooling will be provided by us. Must be 18+ years old and have the ability to travel to both locations. OWINGS MILLS and ELDERSBURG. Must be able to work the following schedule:

Mon./Wed. : 8:30AM- 12PM and 2:00 PM-6:30PM
Tues./Thurs.: 2:00PM- 6:30PM
Fri: 8:00AM- 12PM and 1:30PM-4PM
Some Saturdays: 7:30AM- 11AM

Looking for an enthusiastic team player for busy Chiropractic and Physical Therapy offices in Eldersburg and Owings Mills. We have an opening for a full time Medical Front Desk posistion to become an integral part of our team. Must be customer focused, able to handle multiple interruptions and maintain friendly attitude.
Our ideal candidate is a people-person, with excellent organizational and communication skills. The atmosphere is fast-paced: the ability to Multi Task is a must!
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

* Greet patients and check-in/out
* Answer multiple phone lines
* Schedule Appointments
* Collect Co-pays and Co-insurance
* Assist with Insurance/Billing (Verification, Authorizations, payment posting, accounts receivable)
* Open/Close Business Day

Due to COVID-19 concerns we will have limited office hours the week of 3/23/2020-3/29/2020 in both owingsmills and our eldersburg locations. Hours are as listed below.

Monday: 9-11am 3-5pm

Tuesday: 3-5pm

Wednesday: 9-11am 3-5pm

Thursday: 3-5pm

Friday 9-11am 2-4pm (eldersburg only)

Saturday: by appointment only (eldersburg only)

We will be doing our best to keep our valued patients as updated as possible with the situation at hand.

As you know, the COVID-19 virus is having a significant effect on our community. We have been keeping a very close eye on the situation and have created a plan to ensure the health and safety of our patients and employees.

We WILL remain open and make the appropriate and necessary changes to serve you while keeping you safe.

This is a stressful time for all, so please know that we are here for you. Don't hesitate to give us a call if you need an appointment. We are limiting people in our appointment blocks to control the traffic in and out of our office. If you wish to remain in your vehicle until it is time for your appointment, simply call the front desk when you arrive, and we will notify you when the doctor is ready for you.

If you are symptomatic (fever, cough, etc) PLEASE DO NOT come to the office. We will be more than happy to schedule you once you have become asymptomatic.

While we clean and sanitize our office regularly, we are enhancing our procedures to ensure the office is a clean and safe environment. We will be disinfecting the office continuously throughout the day.

While we do not support hysteria and panic, we do have a great respect for public health measures designed to slow the spread of this virus. Please follow all of the external outside the body recommendations to prevent contact and continue to wash your hands.

Above all, we want you to continue to have trust in us as your local chiropractor.

Congratulations to our patient, Patrick Watson, for his incredible win. He ran the 8K event and won the division 3 NCAA championship for Stevenson University. This is Stevenson’s first National champion. Again congratulations to a fabulous patient and even better kid. The K&S team is very proud.
