When I spent a summer in Washington, I connected with a couple from Mississippi. What are the odds?! They had me over for cobbler and ice cream, and it was the magical remedy for MAJOR homesickness. Mrs Carolyn told me on my way out the door the secret to her cobbler was it was store bought. HA!
