Today, we had an encounter with a client that led to her leaving an untruthful review. Long story short, she came in with not the friendliest of attitudes. During the process she gradually became rude and loud with Mr Tim. He would ask her questions just to make sure she was satisfied with her service. I had asked her multiple times if she was happy with her nails, and that if she wasn’t satisfied I would be happy to do anything I could so that she left happy. She dismissed my comments and didn’t bother to communicate to us what the problem was. We were kind to her. I gave a her a goodie bag and wished her a great day. As she left, she made a couple not so nice remarks and then proceeded to bash us on social media. It would mean everything to us if you would take the time to report these two comments. We are currently being bullied and harassed. She has now gotten her family/friend involved leaving biased comments when we have never met this lady that has commented alongside her.

Hi ALL! We hope everyone has been staying safe during this time. After a very long week, we have been eager to open up and it seems the weather has began to improve. Weather conditions around Jackson Ave are a little slick and there is black ice. To ensure the safety of our workers and you all, we hope to reopen tomorrow Sunday, but if the weather permits we may decide to open later today!
