We are only a week away from our upcoming Zumba Fitness Fundraiser event to help the victims in Guatemala. Over 20 Zumba instructors from Ventura County are volunteering their time to help make this fundraiser a success. Let us come together and send the people in Guatemala a BIG message: "We Care and We are Here to Help!"

Zumba® Fitness Class at the SeaBridge Center this coming Saturday, August Saturday 19 from 9:00am to 10:00am. Put on your sunblock, favorite shades and be ready to Paaarty Zumba Fitness style!
This is a FREE class for all Zumba goers who attend classes with me at the Elks Lodge. Otherwise, it is just a $5 dollar donation (Send me an message if you need additional information).

Zumba Fitness class at the Sea Bridge Center this coming Saturday, May 20 from 9am to 10am. According to the weathercast, it's going to be nice and sunny! So, get your sunblock, shades, get out of the room, and be part of a fun, energetic and great workout Zumba Fitness style.
Remember, this is a free class for members at the Elks Lodge who take classes there with me. But don't worry. If you are not a member there, you can still join us. It's only a $5 dollar to be part of the class.

Umm…why should we designate a single day of the year to want to start all over when we have been letting all the procrastination to accumulate throughout the year? I say any day of the year can be the starting day for anyone that wants to make a change in their lives. Let today be the starting point of a healthier year. Go beyond the basic gym membership and sign up for an indoor rowing or Zumba® Fitness class, or even start planning your first 5K. Whatever it is, today is the day! Remember…

Great News for our Zumba Family and Friends! We will start offering Zumba Fitness classes in the mornings starting next week on Tuesday, June 7 at the Elks Lodge!!!
Our classes in the mornings will be offered Monday through Thursday from 9:00am - 10:00am. People have the option of paying per class or for the month. For more information please contact Jose Cornelio.
