Because of my history of severe postpartum preclampsia (and the fact I just want to give myself the best chance of an uncomplicated recovery) I'm doing 15g of IV Vit C weekly, then will do it a few times a week after baby and continue for the next few months at least weekly along with NAD+ infusions. These are the most efficacious for me personally. They are both so good and make me feel so much better.

I found this article to be interesting as well. I understand why traditional hospitals can't offer IV Vitamin C, so I'm VERY glad we can do it here at our facility ☺🤍

We had one of our final OB appointments today! Baby Bauer #3 is doing great and measuring 1 week ahead. Already 6lb 6oz, very visible hair and chubby cheeks! Looks just like our other two🤍

They are almost indestructible! They can survive space, not eat or drink for decades and live, and survive 1000x the radiation a human can and then regenerate its DNA on its own! Amazing! They live in any environment from Mt. Everest to the bottom of Table Rock Lake!

New study was just published about toxic metals in tampons (in both non-organic and organic brands). This is the world's first study regarding the safety risk of heavy metals in Tampons.

They have not revealed the brands, but if it were me (Kelbie Bauer, PA-C👩‍⚕️)...I would switch to pads or some other means that aren't subject to the vaginal wall until more information is available.
